Hiring us is easy. To get started, visit our quote form to share your event date, guest count, and preferences. We'll reply to confirm our availability and provide a custom quote with everything you need to reserve your date.

On event day, your artist(s) arrive and set up their own easels, paper, markers, and supplies. All we need from you is 2 guest chairs, 1 artist chair, and good lighting. Artists start drawing at your scheduled start time and draw straight through to the end of your booking window.

Guests sit for a quick caricature drawing, and within minutes, they're laughing at their hilarious cartoon self! The crowd gathers, laughter builds, and before you know it, there's a line of people excited for their turn to be cartoonified!

Caricatures are priced per hour, per artist:

Black & White: ($200/hr)

Color: ($250/hr)

Drawing Protectors: (+$50/hr)
Crystal clear, flap-sealed sleeves with sturdy backing to protect and display each drawing.

Custom Printed Paper: ($125 per event)

When you hire us, everyone at the event is drawn for free with no additional cost to attendees. Your guests get to sit back, enjoy the fun, and go home with a one-of-a-kind keepsake!

When choosing Black & White Caricatures (the best option when you want the most caricatures drawn at the fastest speed), we draw at a rate of approximately 3-5 minutes per person (around 12-16 people per hour).

For Color Caricatures (best when you want to send guests home with a complete masterpiece), we draw at a rate of approximately 6-10 minutes per person (around 6-8 people per hour).

Having the right number of caricaturists for your event depends on your guest count, event length, and the amount of coverage you'd like.

For small gatherings of 50 or fewer guests, 1 artist is a great fit. For weddings and mid-sized events, having 2 to 3 artists keeps the excitement up, the lines moving quickly, and gives more guests the chance to be drawn. Planning something bigger? Hire 4-8 artists, and we’ll keep the good times rolling.

Since every event is different, the right setup depends on your specific goals and schedule. Choose your number of artists on the quote form, or comment "help me decide," and we'll recommend the best fit.

Setting up for your event is simple!

What you provide: All we need is 3 chairs (2 guest chairs facing one artist chair), good lighting (to see those great facial features), and space for guests to gather and watch. For outdoor events, a tent or covered area works great. No table needed!

What we provide: We bring the rest! Artists provide their own easels, paper, markers, and all the materials to draw you FUNNY!

We serve events within a 200-mile radius of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Whether you're in the heart of downtown or many cornfields away, we'll travel to draw caricatures at your event!

For events that would take a pretty long time to bike to, we charge a travel fee of 70¢ per round-trip mile. We'll travel for free to events within 20 miles of Minneapolis.

We'll draw you and your BFF, too! We're a great fit for pet expos, adoption events, Animal Humane Society fundraisers, community dog shows, and Woofstock festivals across the Twin Cities and Minnesota. Tails will be wagged…
